The 100 Solar Roofs Program 2003 is designed for

  • residential home owners,
  • home-based business owners with residential offices,
  • small business or property owners that own or control their seperately metered business or rental locations,
  • and commercial business property owners.

All customers in the program are offered excellent financial incentives to participate and low cost per watt systems.

All systems are grid-tied and operate on an annual net-metering agreement with SDG&E. You may no longer need to pay a monthly bill. Systems are installed and mounted on the ground or on the roof by licensed contractors.

Solar electric power systems require that the best-suited components be selected correctly for your residence or business location.

In California, the State's Buydown Rebate program, combined with ASAP POWER! eligible system offerings, immediately reduces your installed cost by $4,000/kilowatt (kW) or $4/watt (w). We carry that rebate amount until the State pays us directly--that is, none of the rebated amount is ever due as cash out of your pocket! You get your rebate up front with ASAP POWER! and your sales order.

Before rebate, most residential and business locations can see system installed costs per kW ranging from $7,250 to $11,750. Where your system will be in this range, is dependent upon the size of the system you choose and the complexity of the installation. This program offers systems of minimum 2.2kW up to 30kw of installed solar (and/or wind) systems.

In San Diego County, you can enjoy making it happen with nothing down! Financing programs are available that include a no-cost, no points, no closing, no appraisal, no-nonsense home equity loan.
